Appropriate use of Mediaflo service includes, but is not limited to, facilitating access to instruction, research, major events, library collections, and training. By uploading media to a Mediaflo account, users agree to comply with the copyright protections and licensing terms applicable to all audio or video works served from or residing in an account. Account owners/managers are solely responsible for compliance with the applicable copyright protections and licensing terms regardless of the source of the material (e.g., self-created work, a purchased copy of another’s work, a self-recorded copy of a live performance, works placed in this account by other(s) with authorized access, etc.).
